Claypool Police Arrest 5

Five Claypool residents were arrested Dec. 19 after a tip came in from NET 43 that there was possible drug dealing going on.

A search warrant was executed at noon Dec. 19 at 405 S. Graceland Ave., Claypool, by the Claypool Police Department, assisted by the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team, Warsaw Police Department, Silver Lake Police Department and Mentone Police Department, according to Claypool Town Marshal Benjamin Sanders.

Officers found paraphernalia, marijuana, methamphetamine and psilocybin mushrooms. That led to the arrest of Debora Parker, 50, Claypool, for maintaining a common nuisance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance; Jonathan Charles, 36, Claypool, for dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a syringe and maintaining a common nuisance; Brianne Fields, 21, Claypool, for dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a syringe and maintaining a common nuisance; John Parker, 49, Claypool, for maintaining a common nuisance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance; and Codie Pierce, 28, Claypool, for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance.
