Claypool Man Facing Child Molesting ChargeA Claypool man is facing child molesting charges after two children told police he inappropriately touched them on several occasions.
Jason T. Holloway, 34, of 105 E. Section St., Claypool, and also showing an address of 1200 Meadow Lark Blvd., Warsaw, was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail at 5:29 p.m. Sunday and faces two Level 4 felony child molesting charges.
According to the probable cause affidavit filed Wednesday in Kosciusko Superior Court I, on July 16 police responded to Holloway’s Claypool home after a report of child molesting had occurred there.
Two children told police, according to court papers, that Holloway would touch them underneath their clothes after he would rub their stomachs.
When police spoke with Holloway, according to the affidavit, he admitted doing that.
