CLAYPOOL — Purple Tent of Hope Ministries invites the community to an afternoon of food, fellowship, Gospel music, prayer and hope to benefit Pam and Doug “Joe” Crace, who are facing a difficult season following triple-bypass heart surgery. With Doug currently unable to work, friends, family and community members are coming together to offer encouragement, love and financial support.
The Crace Family Benefit and Gospel Sing will take place Saturday beginning at noon at Early Apostolic Bible Training Center, 6800 Ind. 15, Claypool. Food will be available for purchase, along with a bake sale and the gospel sing will begin around 2 p.m.
For many years, the Crace family has shared their gift of gospel music with people throughout the region and beyond, traveling even out of state to minister through song and pour into the lives of others.
The Crace family will also have their “Praise HIM in the Storm” T-shirts available for $12 each on the day of the event. USB drives featuring their Gospel music will also be available for a freewill donation. It's a wonderful opportunity to take home some music and a shirt while supporting a family that has spent years blessing others through song.

Additional participants may be announced.
Food available for purchase will include pulled pork sandwiches, hot dogs with homemade hot dog sauce, meaty nacho cheese dip and chips, chili, soup, baked goods, pop, bottled water and coffee. Carry-out dinners will also be available.
