Beaver Dam Community Church To Hold Worship Service
AKRON – There's a communitywide men's Bible study group meeting on Saturday mornings at Egg Town Coffee in Mentone. Men from several area churches are participating and all are welcome. Breakfast is at 8 a.m. and the study starts at 9 a.m.
On Saturday, the Wheels on Fire pancake breakfast is from 8 to 10 a.m. at the Mentone Fire Department. Free-will donations will be accepted.
Sunday, worship at Beaver Dam Community Church, 9798 W. CR 1000S, Akron, is at 9 a.m. or 10:31 a.m. with coffee and refreshments served from 10 to 10:30 a.m. First service is Communion.
On Wednesday, the King's Kids program is from 6 to 7:30 p.m. with supper at 6 a.m. It is open to potty-trained 3-year-olds through fifth grade.
On Sept. 24, the Wheels on Fire meeting is at 6:30 p.m.

SPARC To Meet Today
CLAYPOOL – The SPARCs are enjoying music, food, crafts, Bible stories and games every Thursday from 4 until 5:30 p.m.
The women of Claypool United Methodist Church are busy baking for the bake sale at the Claypool Lions fish fry on Saturday from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Bible study for all ages starts at 9:30 a.m. every Sunday at 105 S. Church St., Claypool.
Pastor Diane Quance will continue with her series on prayer, “Does God Listen to my Prayer?” You can watch her sermon online at Facebook at Claypool UMC, Indiana. The children have youth church during the sermon.
The ad council will meet Sept. 22 at 6:30 p.m.
The devotional group welcomes anyone to join them on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. The praise team has practice and planning on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.

Community Bible Announces Services
Community Bible Church, 2947 S County Farm Road, Warsaw, announced services for this week.
Sunday school is at 9 a.m.
Sunday worship services are at 10:15 a.m. and at 6 p.m.
The Wednesday prayer meeting and Bible study is at 6 p.m.
Pastor Joe Lloyd is teaching the Ten Commandments during Sunday school, speaking on 1 Kings Sunday morning and evening and is starting a series on the book of Romans Wednesday evening.

Palestine Bible Church To Host Sunday Evening Services
PALESTINE – Palestine Bible Church will resume Sunday services starting Sunday at 6 p.m. The congregation invites the public to join them for a time of worship, including singing and prayer.
Palestine Bible Church is an independent, non-denominational, fundamental church that believes the Bible is the only standard of faith and practice for those who believe in Jesus Christ and His church. Palestine Bible Church has a long history of preaching the Word of God and serving the community.

Miller To Present Message
MENTONE – Mentone United Methodist Church invites the community to join them for worship on Sunday at 10:15 a.m. Pastor Dana Miller will present the message, “Convinced of the Gospel.” The scripture is Philippians 1:21-30.
Feast & Fellowship is on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. Join them for a light meal, fellowship, singing, informal worship and teaching. All are welcome. Feast & Fellowship follows the Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation calendar.
The church council will meet Monday at 5 p.m.
On Sept. 26, Chalk the Walk will be in front of the church from 10 a.m. to noon. Join them and share your creativity. From 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., the MUMC Apron Ministry will hand out free hamburgers and bottled water at the farmers market.
On Sept. 27 at 10:15 a.m., they will have Worship in the Park at Mentzer Memorial Park. It will be an informal time of worship and fellowship followed by a carry-in lunch. Bring your favorite dish to share. They are worshipping in the new pavilion. There will be no worship at the church building, and no Facebook live that Sunday.
They offer an early bird adult Sunday school class at 9 a.m. before worship service at 10:15 a.m. They are at 116 E. Main St., Mentone.
