Burket Bible To Hold Services
BURKET – Burket Bible Church welcomes everyone to its services. Sunday school starts at 9 a.m. and worship is at 10:15 a.m. The message this week by Pastor Mark Eastway is "Forgiveness is not an Option" from Matthew 18:21-35. Eastway will sing "Jesus Paid It All."
There is a men's community Bible study each Saturday at Egg Town Coffee in Mentone. Breakfast is at 8 a.m. and study starts at 9 a.m. The women's Bible study will meet Saturday at 9 a.m. at Egg Town Coffee.
Praise practice is Tuesday at 4 p.m.
Beaver Dam Community Church
To Have Services At The Church
AKRON – There's a communitywide men's Bible study group meeting on Saturday mornings at Egg Town Coffee in Mentone. Men from several area churches are participating and all are welcome. Breakfast is at 8 a.m. and the study starts at 9 a.m.
On Sunday, Beaver Dam Community Church, 9798 W. CR 1000S, Akron, is back to services at the church. Worship is at 9 a.m. or 10:31 a.m. with coffee and refreshments served from 10 to 10:30 a.m.
On Tuesday, the BDW meeting is at 9 a.m.
On Sept. 19, the Wheels on Fire pancake breakfast is from 8 to 10 a.m. at the Mentone Fire Department. Free-will donations will be taken.
Community Bible Announces Services
Community Bible Church, 2947 S. County Farm Road, Warsaw, announced their services for the week.
Sunday school is at 9 a.m. Sunday worship services are at 10:15 a.m. and 6 p.m.
The Wednesday prayer meeting is at 6 p.m. All are welcome to join them as they continue the study of the Ten Commandments during Sunday school, and Pastor Joe continues his series on the Book of Kings during worship hour.
SPARC To Meet Today
CLAYPOOL – The SPARCs will be leaving Claypool Elementary School with Heather headed for Claypool United Methodist Church, 105 S. Church St. There will be food, fun and Bible lessons.
Bible study starts at 9:30 a.m. every Sunday for all ages. Fellowship time is before worship hour, which starts at 10:30 a.m. On Sunday, Pastor Diane Quance will start a six-week series on prayer from Psalms 66: 19-20. “Does God Listen to my Prayers?”

The children have youth church during the sermon.
The parish staff will meet following worship this Sunday.
On Wednesday, the devotional group will meet at 4:30 p.m. followed by praise team practice and planning at 5:30 p.m.
Miller To Present Message
MENTONE – Mentone United Methodist Church invites the community to join them for worship on Sunday at 10:15 a.m. Pastor Dana Miller will present the message, “Story of Forgiveness.” The scripture is Matthew 18:21-25.
Feast & Fellowship is on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. Join them for a light meal, fellowship, singing, informal worship and teaching. All are welcome. Feast & Fellowship follows the Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation calendar.
The outreach and apron ministry team will meet at 9:30 a.m.
Church council will meet Sept. 21 at 5 p.m.
On Sept. 26, Chalk the Walk will be in front of the church from 10 a.m. to noon. Join them and share your creativity. From 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., the MUMC apron ministry will hand out free hamburgers and bottled water at the farmers market.
On Sept. 27 at 10:15 a.m., they will have Worship in the Park at Mentzer Memorial Park. It will be an informal time of worship and fellowship followed by a carry-in lunch. Bring your favorite dish to share. They are worshiping in the new pavilion. There will be no worship at the church building, and no Facebook live that Sunday.
They offer an early bird adult Sunday school class at 9 a.m. before worship service at 10:15 a.m. They are at 116 E. Main St., Mentone.

God’s Highway To Hold Breakfast
God’s Highway To Heaven Church, 555 Webber St., Warsaw, will hold an all-you-can-eat breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday.
The menu is biscuits and gravy, different kinds of bologna and sauce, bacon, sausage patties, taters, eggs, apples, coffee, orange juice and white and chocolate milk.
Cost for those 10 and over is $10. Cost for children aged 3 to 9 is $4 and children 2 and under is free.
N. Manchester UMC To Hold Dinner
NORTH MANCHESTER – North Manchester United Methodist Church will host a baked steak dinner on Friday from 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. or until sold out. The dinner will be a dine-in and also a drive-through. The public is invited and the cost is $10 per meal.
The church is at 306 E. 2nd St., North Manchester and is handicapped-accessible.
