Mentone UMC To Celebrate Palm Sunday
MENTONE – The community is invited to Mentone United Methodist Church on Palm Sunday for worship at 10:15 a.m. beginning with a Palm processional by the children. Pastor Dana Miller will present the message, "Jesus’s Triumphant Entry." The scripture is Mark 11:1-11
Join the church for their Holy Week services, with Palm Sunday worship on Sunday at 10:15 a.m. They will have a Good Friday service on April 3 at 6 p.m On Easter Sunday, April 5, they will begin the morning with a sunrise service at 8 a.m. followed by an Easter breakfast prepared and served by the men of the church at 8:30 a.m. Easter worship service will begin at 10:15 a.m. Join them as they remember the Lord’s sacrifice and rejoice in the risen Savior.
All are welcome at Mentone United Methodist Church. They offer an early bird adult Sunday school class at 9 a.m. before worship service at 10:15 a.m. They are at 116 E. Main St., Mentone. Burket Bible To Hold Services
BURKET ­– Burket Bible Church welcomes everyone to its services. Sunday school starts at 9 a.m. and worship is at 10:15 a.m. The message this week by Pastor Mark Eastway is "Behold, Your King" from Mark 1:1-11, focusing on Christ's entry into Jerusalem. There will be a procession with the palms. Eastway will provide music.
There is a men's community Bible study each Saturday at Egg Town Coffee in Mentone. Breakfast is at 8 a.m. and study starts at 9 a.m. The women's Bible study will meet Saturday at 9 a.m. at Egg Town Coffee.
The church will have fifth Sunday carry-in following the worship service. Burket Lifewise classes are Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. Praise practice is Tuesday at 4 p.m.

Beaver Dam Community Church
To Celebrate Palm Sunday
AKRON – There's a communitywide men's Bible study group meeting on Saturday mornings at Egg Town Coffee (formerly Java Jacks) in Mentone. Men from several area churches are participating and all are welcome. Breakfast is at 8 a.m. and the study starts at 9 a.m.
Sunday is Palm Sunday. Worship at Beaver Dam Community Church, 9798 W. CR 1000S, Akron, is at 9 a.m. and 10:31 a.m. with coffee refreshments served from 10 to 10:30 a.m. Lily orders are due. It is March birthday recognition. Today is the last day for the donation drive for Hope’s Harbor sponsored by the Beaver Dam women.
Wednesday is last King’s Kids program from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
On April 3, the Good Friday service is at 6 p.m.

Claypool UMC To Hold Egg Hunt
CLAYPOOL – Elementary-age children are invited to come to the SPARC gathering on Thursdays from 4 to 5:30 p.m. for snack, stories, song and games.
An egg hunt will be held for crawling babies through sixth-graders in the church lawn at Claypool United Methodist Church on Saturday at 10 a.m. They will be celebrating Rowan’s 2nd birthday at 2 p.m. that afternoon.
Palm Sunday will be the first day of Holy Week. Bible studies for all ages start at 9:30 a.m, Worship hour will open with the children carrying in the palms. The service will continue with Pastor Diane Quance speaking from Luke 19:29-42 titled “ Who Is This King.” She will help the church recognize when the real king enters their lives. This hour can be seen on Facebook at Claypool UMC, Indiana.
The devotional group meets at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday followed by the praise team practice at 5:30 p.m.
Holy Week continues with Maundy Thursday services on April 2 at 6:30 p.m. Easter services on April 5 begin at 8:30 a.m. with Son-rise service followed by a breakfast at 9 a.m. Worship will begin at 10:30 a.m.

GWMA, Area Churches Planning
Holy Week Services
The Greater Warsaw Ministerial Association, in cooperation with area churches, is planning services on Maundy Thursday, April 2 at Trinity United Methodist Church, 832 E. Center St., Warsaw, beginning at 7 p.m.
Maundy Thursday, also known as Holy Thursday, is the day set aside before Easter to remember when Jesus celebrated the Passover with His disciples. On Good Friday, April 3, the Living Last Supper, will be presented at Capstone Free Methodist Church, 2033 S. CR 150W, Warsaw, at 7 p.m. The Living Last Supper is a church drama that reenacts the last supper of Jesus and his disciples, based on the painting by Da Vinci. The disciples are portrayed and narrate their stories, while Jesus reveals the betrayer and institutes the Lord's supper. Both services will include a time of reflection and communion. The public is invited to attend.

St. Anne’s To Have Holy Week Services
St. Anne's Episcopal Church, 424 W. Market St., Warsaw, will have Holy Week services beginning Palm Sunday at 8 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. with blessing and procession of palms and Holy Eucharist.
The Maundy Thursday service on April 2 at 7 p.m. includes foot washing and Holy Eucharist. On Good Friday, April 3, there will be Stations of the Cross at noon and a service at 7 p.m. including veneration of the cross and Holy Eucharist. On April 4, all are invited to Trinity Episcopal Church, 611 W. Berry St., Fort Wayne, for Easter Vigil at 8 p.m. The Easter Sunday service at St. Anne’s Warsaw will be at 10 a.m.

Good Friday Service
At Zion Lutheran Church
NORTH MANCHESTER – The Fellowship Community Good Friday worship service will be at noon at Zion Lutheran Church. Everyone is invited to remember the passion of the Lord, Jesus Christ.
The elevator is working and they expect many guests from Timbercrest and Peabody. Pastor Tim Morbitzer, Victory Christian Fellowship, will give the message. Russell Reahard will lead hymns and sing the solo of Ray Boltz: “Watch the Lamb.” Becky Cordes will play the organ accompaniment, and local pastors will participate.
