Christine “Christy” Lyn Metzger, 55, Silver Lake, died Thursday, April 30, 2026, in the care of Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.
Christy was born Sept. 1, 1970, in Warsaw, to Beverly Ann Newby Hay and Max Edward Hay. She married Daniel “Dan” Jacob Metzger on Sept. 21, 1991; he survives.
Family and friends may visit from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 9 at Warsaw Community Church, Warsaw. Her celebration of life will follow immediately at 2 p.m., officiated by Pastor Denny Wilson. Arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw.
