To Michael Voisinet: I just read your letter in the Times-Union titled "Final Say?" Wonderful letter and I commend you on writing it. I would like to add the following.I would say to Clark and West that folks who believe in God, Jesus, the Bible and who go to church, are independent thinkers, the same as you or anyone else.
Any woman who would kill her child to save herself isn't much of a woman. Actually, how many women these days are asked to choose between their life and their baby? Next to none. Abortion today is mostly done because the woman just doesn't want it. How sad. Millions of babies murdered because a woman is too drunk, too drugged out or too lazy to use a contraceptive, so they kill America's future - a tiny little life.
The Bible is clear. Its teachings are clear and the true church is clear. The deliberate killing of a baby, a child, is prohibited by God's law for any reason.
I look at my two beautiful great-grandchildren and I cry to think now many beautiful babies are aborted every year.
Our Christmas (Christ-mas) season is here and we celebrate in honor of the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
