MILFORD – Charles McKibbin, 68, of Milford, passed away July 8, 2012, in his residence.
He was born Feb. 26, 1944, in Warsaw, to Harold and Dorothy Tusing McKibbin. On Oct. 29, 1980, he married Patricia Clouse, who survives.
As a child, he was a member of the Future Farmers of America and 4-H and enjoyed working on the farm. He eventually went to work at R.R. Donnelley & Sons, Warsaw, retiring in 2006. He kept busy after his retirement working on small projects in his garage, helping others with yard work, cutting wood and other small projects. He loved spending time with his family, especially the grandchildren. He enjoyed watching Cincinnati Reds baseball, hunting and fishing.
Also surviving are five children: Michelle Charles, Goshen; Todd McKibbin, Nappanee; Todd (and spouse Nancy) Clouse, Brian (and spouse Angie) Clouse and Tina (and spouse Patrick) Fraley, all of Milford; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother, Joe (and spouse Karen) McKibbin, Texas; and a sister, Carolyn (and spouse Rex) Hoffman, Warsaw. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Tom McKibbin.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Mishler Funeral Home, Milford, with the Rev. Jesse Beer officiating. Burial will be in Milford Cemetery.
