AKRON – Charles Edward Tuley, 59, of 6061 E. CR 375S, Rochester, died at 9:20 a.m. March 30, 2012, in his residence.
He was born Dec. 25, 1952, in Rochester, to Theodore and Mary Josephine Mutchler Tuley. On Dec. 14, 1973, in Gilead, he married Janet Sue Doolittle, who survives.
A lifetime Rochester area and Fulton County resident, he graduated from Akron High School in 1972 and earned an associate’s degree from Lincoln Tech. He worked for a farmer and was an accomplished woodworker. He was a member of Deedsville United Methodist Church and ME-TO-CIN-YAH Longrifles of Central Indiana.
Also surviving are a daughter, Barbara “Barbie” (spouse Jake) Kieninger, Rochester; a son, Theodore “Ted” (and spouse Cassia) Tuley, Rochester; two grandchildren; a brother, Kenneth (and spouse Sandy) Linden, Washington; and a sister, Alice Lou Ewing, Big Springs, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents.
After cremation, there will be a memorial service and burial at a later date in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
