NORTH MANCHESTER – Charlene "Charlie" Kay Young, 75, North Manchester, died Jan. 5, 2026.
She was born Feb. 27, 1950, in Manchester, Conn., to Kenneth Allen and Charlotte Jean Ballenger Stratton. On May 23, 1987, Charlie married Kevin Young; he preceded her in death.
A celebration of Charlie’s life will be held at a later date.
