Continuously serving Kosciusko County since 1854
Editor, Times-Union:
When I think of what I want in a county councilperson, I think of someone who is good with budgets and can stand alone on what they think. Kim Cates fits that bill. Her actions on the council show her ability with budgets.
Kim has also shown that she can politely stand for what she believes, even if she is alone.
For these reasons I ask you to vote for Kim Cates for county council.
