ROCHESTER — Carole Young, 85, died at 3:09 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16, 2017, at the Catherine Kasper Home, Plymouth.
She was born April 12, 1932, in Syracuse, N.Y., to Foster Charles and Grace Anne Ackley Potter. On Sept. 1, 1967, in Rochester, she married Harold Edward “Ernie” Young. He died March 15, 2017.
A celebration of her life will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 W. 18th St., Rochester. Pastor Mike VanHeyningen will officiate. Interment will be in Rochester IOOF Cemetery.
Calling is from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday and one hour prior to the service Tuesday in the funeral home.
