FORT WAYNE - Carol Sue Forbes, 62, passed away March 3, 2010, at Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home, Fort Wayne.
She was born to Walter Fredrick and Mary Maxine Schultz.
Formerly of Huntertown, Syracuse and North Vernon, she attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania as well as IPFW. She was a CPA with Indiana State Board of Accounts for 26 years. She enjoyed her family, reading, movies as well as her horse "Sam" and schnauzer "Ursula".
Surviving are her mother, Mary Maxine Schultz, Huntertown; two daughters, Rebecca (and spouse Brent) Shull, Warsaw, and Donna Forbes (and Joshua Hill), Syracuse; grandchildren, Andrea, Gwen and Olivia; three brothers: David (and spouse Laurie) Schultz and Jerry (and spouse Connie) Schultz, all of Fort Wayne; and Paul Schultz, Indiana; and two sisters, Vicky (and spouse Jan) Savitz, Skokie, Ill., and Connie (and spouse Wayne) Beery, Warsaw. She was preceded in death by her father, Walter Fredrick Schultz, and sister, Diane Ley.
A mass of Christian burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, 1502 E. Wallen Road, with Msgr. John M. Kuzmich officiating.
Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 E. Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, with a vigil at 7:30 p.m. Sunday. Calling is also one hour prior to the service Monday at the church.
