Carol Graff, 77, Leesburg, died Dec. 24, 2025, after a brief stay at the Waterford Crossing in Goshen.
Carol was born Oct. 7, 1948, in Sandusky, Ohio, to Carl and Mary Catherine Zipfel Wechter. She married Kenneth James “Jim” Graff May, 29, 1970; he died May 9, 2015.
