Carol Anne Freeman, of Warsaw, passed away on Thursday, Aug, 20, 2026, in the care of Stillwater Hospice, Fort Wayne, at the age of 79. As a deeply loving mother and grandmother, her family was her greatest joy and proudest achievement; she will be missed beyond measure.

She will be lovingly remembered by her son, Rich (Jami) Freeman, Warsaw; her beloved grandson, Nathan Freeman and his fiancée, Ann Metzger, Chicago; and her many nieces and nephews in Northern Indiana. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, John C. Griffith.
