Editor, Times-Union: For the record, my home is outside the city limits of Warsaw. And even though my business is located inside the Warsaw city limits, I don’t think that gives me the right to either run for a city office or vote in the election as Tony Miller seems to believe. And while I am not questioning Kyle Babcock’s sincerity as a candidate, I do have grave reservations about turning over a $19 million city budget to a man who has already filed bankruptcy twice in his life (once in 1989 and again in 1998).
