Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana will offer sound bathing from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4 at their Warsaw location at 2190 North Pointe Drive.
There is no cost and it is open to the public. Sound bathing involves relaxing in a chair or on a yoga mat while a practitioner uses singing bowls, chnimes and other instruments to wash you in stress-reducing sound waves.
