SYRACUSE - Brian Lee Glaser, 51, of Syracuse, died at 2:32 p.m. Oct. 16, 2007, in Syracuse.
He was born Oct. 1, 1956, in Chicago, Ill., to George and Joyce Nicholson Glaser. On June 7, 1975, he married Schaun Yahne, who survives.
He worked at local marinas for more than 30 years, including being service manager at Wawasee Boat Co. He attended Vineyard Community Church, Syracuse, and was active in local churches. He was a member of National Rifle Association and Quail Unlimited.
Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Kim (Rebecca) Nguyen, Syracuse; two sons, Will Glaser, Marina Dell Ray, Calif., and Dan Glaser, Syracuse; a grandson; his father, George Glaser, Chicago; his mother, Joyce Glaser, Syracuse; two brothers, George Glaser Jr., Syracuse, and Kevin Glaser, Las Vegas, Nev.; four sisters: Jennifer Glaser, Boston, Mass.; Jessica Glaser, New York; Bonnie Glaser, Germany; and Abigail Glaser, Chicago; and his grandmother, Emily Nicholson, Syracuse.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home, Harris Chapel, Syracuse, with Pastor Kent Butcher officiating. Burial will be in Solomon Creek Cemetery, Benton.
Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
