Brenda L. FalconSYRACUSE – Brenda L. Long Falcon, 51, of Lauderhill, Fla. (formerly of Syracuse), passed away at 5 a.m. on Monday, June 24, 2019, at Trustbridge Hospice in Pompano Beach, Fla. She was born on June 25, 1967, in LaGrange, Ind., to Robert E. and Donna L. Coahran Long, Sr.
She graduated in 1985 from Wawasee High School in Syracuse and attended Ball State University in Muncie. She grew up in Syracuse and moved to Florida 15 years ago. She was employed at Sun Air Electronics in Fort Lauderdale and formerly worked at Chore Time in Milford, Ind.
She attended Church by the Glades in Fort Lauderdale.
She is survived by daughter, Brittany Deboard, of Lauderhill, Fla.; son, Justin (Megan Nichols) Deboard, of Middlebury; four grandchildren; mother, Donna Long-Smith, of Syracuse; and three brothers, Robert Long, of Syracuse, David (Daphne) Long,of Chesapeake, Va., and Eric (Rhonda) Long, of Syracuse
She was preceded in death by her father.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 6 at Owen Family Funeral Home, Syracuse. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. on Saturday in the funeral home with Pastor Tim Bushong of the Syracuse Baptist Church officiating.
Burial will take place in the Syracuse Cemetery.
