ROCHESTER – Betty J. Hazlett, 81, Rochester, died Oct. 17, 2013, at her residence. She was born Dec. 26, 1931, to Floyd and Bertha Grace Apple Shipman. On Dec. 1, 1950, in Delta, Ohio, she married Donald Meryl Hazlett, who died Oct. 22, 2000. Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Church of the Nazarene, Rochester, with Pastor Don Meyer officiating. Burial will be in the Rochester IOOF Cemetery.
