Posted
The Beaman Home is more than just an emergency shelter for victims of domestic violence.

The Beaman Home staff works with clients throughout their entire journey to build a healthy life and healthy support system for themselves and their children, according to a news release from the organization. It offers individualized case management, housing case management, outreach case management, children and family programming, counseling and a wide variety of classes.

From 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at The Hub, 1200 Kings Highway, Winona Lake, is a chance to meet each of the program managers to learn about each program Beaman Home offers to the victims of domestic violence within Kosciusko County.

Anyone is invited to attend this free, drop-in event, and no RSVP is required. There will be light refreshments and visitors can mingle with the staff and ask any questions.

This event is being held off-site to ensure all clients’ safety.
