NORTH MANCHESTER - Barbara Ann Cagle, 71, of North Manchester, died at 1:40 p.m. July 5, 2009, in her residence.
She was born April 2, 1938, in Wabash County, to Gordon E. and Marybelle Winebrenner Meyer. On July 5, 1958, she married Ollie W. "Pee Wee" Cagle, who survives.
She worked at General Tire, Wabash, and later at Singer Controls, North Manchester, where she retired after 43 years of service. She was a member of Congregational Christian Church, North Manchester. She was a member of TOPS, Women of the Moose and Eagles Lodge, all in North Manchester. She bowled on many leagues for 30 years. She graduated from Chester High School in 1956, and attended Indiana Business College, Fort Wayne. She had many adopted grandchildren.
Also surviving are a son, Gary (and spouse Krista) Cagle, North Manchester; a daughter, Judy (and spouse Darrell) Watson, North Manchester; and four grandchildren.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester, with Pastor J.P. Freeman officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Servia.
Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
