KNOX - Audrey Jean Cook, 90, of Knox, died Feb. 12, 2009, in Starke Memorial Hospital.
She was born March 23, 1918, in Knox, to Allen and Ella Sarber Schock. On Oct. 29, 1938, she married Charles Cook, who died Dec. 14, 1994.
Surviving are her children, including Arlene (and spouse Ronald J.) Leiter, Claypool; 11 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother.
Services will be at 11 a.m. (CDT) Monday at M.C. Smith Funeral Home, Knox. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery, Knox.
Calling is from 1 to 4 p.m. (CDT) Sunday at the funeral home.
