Editor, Times-Union: I am absolutely appalled at the story concerning Mike Ragan and “Anti-Muslim” people.
How can anyone take this seriously? How can you sleep at night being so hateful and prejudicial? What is wrong with Islam growing in America?
How can you see that as anything other than bigoted Americans opening their hearts and minds to a peaceful religion? Go ahead, I know you’re thinking “They’re not peaceful! 9/11! They’re evil! They hate Christians!”
Do you know anything about their religion at all? Only a very small portion of a very small portion of Muslims are allegedly involved in any hateful crimes against Americans.
Every religion has a few bad apples. Last I checked, judgement was held to the maker in Christianity, not any bigoted hypocrite in Warsaw, Indiana. Am I wrong? Shouldn’t the citizens of Warsaw be worrying about the meth problem rather than a group of people following their non-threatening beliefs of creation?
