FORT WAYNE - Anne Marie Francis, 44, of Fort Wayne, died at 12:07 a.m. June 16, 2009, in Parkview Memorial Hospital, Fort Wayne.
She was born Jan. 16, 1965, in Warsaw, to Ulyssess and Bessie Caudill Francis, who survive in Warsaw. She was a lifetime Warsaw resident.
She was employed at Wendy's Restaurant, Fort Wayne.
Surviving are two sons, Aaron Christopher DeKine, and Travis James DeKine, both of Fort Wayne; a daughter, Rebecca Francis, Warsaw; a companion, Fred Underwood, Fort Wayne; two brothers, Mark Alan Francis, South Whitley, and James Francis, Warsaw; and two sisters, Jo Ellen Schuetz, Aurora, Colo., and Rebecca Timmreck, Warsaw.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Pastor Bob Brown officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
Calling is from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral chapel.
McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
