NAPPANEE – Andrew A. Raber, 63, of Nappanee, died at 6:50 p.m. July 5, 2012, at IU Health Goshen Hospital, following a seven-month illness with lung cancer. He was born June 20, 1949, in Bremen, to Atlee J. and Katie Ann Helmuth Raber. On Oct. 27, 1984, in Chesterton, he married Joy Pisowicz, who survives. Also surviving are a son; a daughter; twin granddaughters; a mother-in-law; three sisters, Malinda (and spouse John) Yutzy, Martha Raber and Betty Raber, all of Nappanee; three brothers, including Ernest (and spouse Dawn) Raber, Etna Green, and Larry (and spouse Vonda) Raber, Nappanee. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Yellow Creek Mennonite Church, with Pastors Wes Bontrager and Katie Cunningham officiating. Burial will follow at Yellow Creek Mennonite Church Cemetery. Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the church and one hour prior to services Tuesday at the church.
