Amy Lynn Miller, 44, of 2365 S. Stonebridge Road, Warsaw, died at 10:40 a.m. Nov. 28, 2007, in her residence.
She was born April 14, 1963, in Elkhart, to James O. and Carol J. Roth Amstutz. On May 17, 1980, in Fort Wayne, she married Tim Miller, who survives.
Living in Warsaw since 1989, she was a shipping/receiving clerk at Sof-Mor Danek for 14 years. She was co-founder and a member of Kosciusko County Ladies Police Auxiliary.
Also surviving are a daughter, Beth Maull, Warsaw; a son, Samuel Miller, Hickham AFB, Honolulu, Hawaii; her mother, Carol J. Park, Ossian; a sister, Liz Neal, Fort Wayne; a brother, Doug Amstutz, Indianapolis; and three grandchildren, Harley Snyder and Jaynee Miller, both of Warsaw, and Connor Miller, Honolulu.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Pastor Larry Sprinkle officiating. Burial will be private.
Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
