Alice Evelyn KoontzAlice Evelyn Koontz, 89, Winona Lake, died Sunday, Feb. 6, 2022, at Grace Village Assisted Living, Winona Lake.
Alice was born in Roaring Spring, Pa., on June 26, 1932, to Sara Elizabeth Gingrich and Claude Kegarise Snider. On April 13, 1957, in Pennsylvania, she married Charles Hollis Koontz; he died Dec. 18, 2021.
Visitation is 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 10 at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw. Burial is at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 11 at Oakwood Cemetery in Warsaw. Alice’s life will be celebrated with a memorial service at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 11 at Winona Lake Grace Brethren Church, 1200 Kings Highway, Winona Lake, and officiated by Pastor Bruce Barlow.
