Alcohol Commission Approves Renewals, Transfers And New Licenses

Alcohol Beverage Board members Elim Smith, Alan Alderfer and Dan Woods and excise officer April Tackett held a virtual meeting through the Microsoft Teams application or by conference call on Thursday at 1 p.m.
The board approved several license renewals:
• A package store, beer, wine and liquor, license for King’s Keg, 421 S. Main St., North Webster; Charles T. Pinnick of Leesburg, is president and secretary of King’s Keg.
• A grocery store license to sell beer and wine for Wilby’s Gas and Goodies, owned by Wilby’s Inc., 307 W. Main St., Mentone; Scott Williams of Syracuse is president, Kellie Williams of Syracuse is secretary.
• A restaurant license to sell beer, wine and liquor for Downtown Eatery and?Spirits, owned by T. O. Downtown Inc., 205 W. Center St., Warsaw; Kristi K. Boren of Warsaw is president.
• A restaurant license to sell beer wine and liquor at Tippecanoe Lake Country club, 7245 N. Kalorama Road, Leesburg; Deb Nichol of Warsaw is secretary.
• A restaurant license as a beer and wine retailer for Pure Pleasure, doing business as Pizza King, 806 N. Jefferson St., Silver Lake; Patrick O’Connell of Warsaw is president; Angela Luecke of Warsaw is secretary.
A transfer of names on the beer and wine retailer restaurant license for Wawasee Golf Club, owned by Green Golf Partners LLC, 12388 N. Bishop Road, Syracuse, also was approved.
A new restaurant license to sell beer was approved for Tippy Creek Winery, 5920 N. CR 200, Leesburg, along with a beer, wine and liquor restaurant license for K.H.?Brewing Co. LLC, 100 S. Old Ind. 15, Leesburg, doing business as Hoplore Brewing.
A transfer request for beer, wine and liquor sales at H & E Express Mart, owned by Hazera Begum, 2518 E. Center St., Warsaw, was postponed again.
