LAGRANGE – Alberta M. Hill, 94, of LaGrange, died Oct. 1, 2011, in Life Care Center, LaGrange.
She was born Aug. 2, 1917, in Battle Creek, Mich., to Byron and Mabel VanDeusen Covert. She married Harry E. Hill Jr., who died Oct. 7, 1982.
Surviving are a son, Stephen M. (and spouse Marcia) Hill, Leesburg; a daughter; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Carney-Frost Funeral Home, LaGrange. Burial will be in Scott Cemetery, Howe.
