KINGMAN – Aaron Lee Hart, 32, of Kingman, went home to be with his Lord Nov. 23, 2012, surrounded by family. He was born Jan. 24, 1980, in Rochester, to Rick and Sue King Hart, who survive in Mentone. On June 7, 2003, in Kingman, he married Shannon Newnum Hart, who survives. He graduated from Tippecanoe Valley High School in 1998; continued his education at Indiana State University, receiving a bachelor’s degree in elementary education in May 2002; and earned a master’s degree in school leadership and administration in May 2008. He was ordained into the ministry November 22 of this year. He was a member of the Spirit of Life Church, Kingman. He began his teaching career at Pleasant Hill Elementary School, Crawfordsville, in August 2002. In the fall of 2008, he began his duties as the principal at Turkey Run Elementary, Marshall. In addition to his work, he served on the board at Spirit of Life Ministries and was a member of the Indiana Association of School Principals. A doting husband and father, he blessed everyone he touched. A spirit-filled Christian, he met life’s challenges by faith and focusing on Jesus. He didn’t allow an opportunity to pass him by to witness to or encourage another. He loved golf, Notre Dame football, I.U. basketball, playing at the family pond, and, above all, family. He shielded and protected those he loved daily. His children lit up his life and he spoiled them like every good father wants to. Also surviving are two children, Aubrey Kaelynn and Aidan Lee Hart, both at home; a sister, Gretchen (and spouse Johnny Wadkins, Bourbon; his father- and mother-in-law, Dave and Cindy Newnum; a sister-in- law, Erica (and spouse Steven) Warren, Pittsboro; a brother-in-law, Kyle and Julia Newnum, Bloomington; grandparents, Ed and Juanita King, Rochester; his wife’s grandparents, Miriam Woodrow, Romney, and Leon and Violet Newnum, Rockville; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by an infant son, Caleb Matthew Hart; grandparents, Glenn and Annabelle Hart; and his wife’s grandfather, Orin Woodrow. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Spirit of Life Ministries, Kingman, with Pastor Steve Crum officiating. Burial will be at Kingman Fraternal Cemetery. Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Sanders Funeral Care, Kingman. His long time family friend, Leonard Urban, of Urban-Winkler Funeral Home, Connersville, is assistance Sanders Funeral Care, Kingman. ***** Memorials may be made to the Spirit of Life building fund that Aaron was helping to coordinate. There is also an account that has been set up for the benefit of Aaron’s children through the Fountain Trust Company.
