A Knight's Tale

Once upon a time,
Just a few days ago,
A banquet was cancelled,
For the Claypool PTO.
Weather prohibited,
Schools to be open,
Our gym was all set,
Our hearts were all broken.
We had hoped to entertain,
Impress and garner,
Past "Men and Women,"
Our guests of honor.
Encouragement and sadness,
Gave our school pause,
"Reschedule! Reschedule!
It's such a good cause."
So we decided,
On April fourteen,
"A Knight to Remember",
Can still be seen.
