The $64,000 question. At the end of WW II the German cities and Japanese cities lay in ruins. Since that time these two people rebuilt beautiful cities and their economies flourished.
On the other hand allegedly the U.S and its Allies won the war. Now here is the big question.
Detroit, Mich., a beautiful city before the war now appears as Berlin and Nagasaki in 1945. What is the most singular reason for this mess? Please no cheating!
One more thing. After months of education by a local writer on all the various types of governments that have existed I would like the students to understand one fact. All Governments are Oligarchy (rule by the few). Admittedly they may have facades like the US but the basic rule of thumb remains, (rule by the powerful few).
