At about 4:24 a.m. Monday, a 2006 Pontiac Vibe, driven by Dylan Taylor, 25, Syracuse, was traveling north on CR 33, south of CR 48, in Elkhart County. The Vibe veered off the east side of the road and traveled several hundred feet before striking a utility pole.
Taylor and his passenger - Keely Hays, 24, Syracuse - were taken to the hospital for complaints of pain and possible head injuries, the release states.
