11th Annual Blackburn Run 4 Others Race Going Virtual

The 11th annual Blackburn Run 4 Others is virtual this year, meaning there will be no in-person race.
But, you can still support Water for Good by signing up and running your own 5K or 10K course anytime between June 10 and 20, race director Doug Koontz said.
“I thought about cancelling this year,” he said. “But Water for Good’s mission to provide clean water to the Central African Republic to help fight diseases like the coronavirus is too important.”
Water for Good is a nonprofit based in Warsaw working to solve the water crisis in the Central African Republic. They drill new wells, rehab and maintain existing wells. The proceeds from this year’s races will go toward cofunding new wells.
Koontz offers a special thanks to the platinum sponsors: Miller Cattle Company, 212 Media Studios, Barefoot Stickers and MudLove. He also thanks the gold sponsors Wildmans, Silveus Insurance Co., VerHage Heating and Cooling, J. Lane Flooring and Design, Clearwater Car Wash; Synergy Partnerships and L.T. Siding Window and Door.
Everyone who signs up will receive a free T-shirt and a custom window decal.
