Continuously serving Kosciusko County since 1854
Eleven people were arrested on drug-related charges and warrants/summons were issued for 11 others after months of covert surveillance and undercover operations by Kosciusko County Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET 43).
According to a provided news release, NET 43 and officers from other law enforcement agencies served the multiple arrest warrants in Kosciusko County and surrounding counties during “Operation Iceberg.”
The following people were arrested:
• Richard Daniel Williams, 25, Warsaw, for dealing methamphetamine, level 5 felony; possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony; dealing methamphetamine enhanced, level 4 felony; possession of methamphetamine enhanced, level 5 felony; $15,000 surety bond and $250 cash. He also was arrested for conspiring to commit dealing in methamphetamine, level 2 felony; theft, class A misdemeanor; theft enhanced, level 6 felony, with a $50,000 surety bond and $250 cash.
• Jeremy Lee Conover, 37, Warsaw, for dealing methamphetamine, level 3 felony, and possession of methamphetamine, level 5 felony. Bond set at $20,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Noe Ybarra, 19, Pierceton, possession of a narcotic drug, level 6 felony. Bond set at $7,500, 10% cash.
• Jason Mac Wade, 43, Pierceton, for possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony, and possession of a syringe, level 6 felony. Bond set at $7,500, 10% cash.
• Anthony Alan Blankenship, 37, Warsaw, for dealing methamphetamine, level 3 felony; dealing in fentanyl-containing substance, level 4 felony; possession of methamphetamine, level 5 felony; and possession of a narcotic drug, level 6 felony. Bond set at $35,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Steven Scott Lattea, 53, Warsaw, for possession of a narcotic drug, level 6 felony, and possession of paraphernalia, class C misdemeanor. Bond set at $7,500, 10% cash.
• Larry Joe Patrick Jr., 43, Warsaw, for possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony, and possession of paraphernalia, class C misdemeanor. No bond listed.
• Caleb Flowers, 20, Warsaw, for probation violation and invasion of privacy enhanced, a level 6 felony. Bond set at $5,000, 10% cash.
• Brittany Michelle Wright, 38, Warsaw, for possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony; possession of paraphernalia, class C misdemeanor. Bond set at $7,500, 10% cash.
• Danyelle Rebecca Palmer, 33, Warsaw, for driving while suspended, class A misdemeanor; possession of marijuana, class B misdemeanor; and possession of marijuana enhanced, class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $5,000 cash.
• Edward Allen Cochran, 60, Warsaw, for possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony. Bond set at $7,500, 10% cash.

• Curtis Bonds, 49, Syracuse, for dealing in cocaine enhanced, level 2 felony; possession of cocaine enhanced, level 4 felony; dealing in cocaine, level 4 felony; possession of cocaine, level 6 felony; dealing in cocaine, level 3 felony; and possession of cocaine, level 5 felony. No bond listed.
• Cameran Michael Carver, 34, Leesburg, for dealing methamphetamine, level 3 felony, and possession of methamphetamine, level 5 felony. Bond listed at $35,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Michael Alan Garman, 41, Warsaw, for possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony; possession of paraphernalia, class C misdemeanor; and violation of driving privileges, class C misdemeanor. Bond listed at $7,500, 10% cash bond.
• David Timothy Gunter, 40, Warsaw, for possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony; possession of marijuana, class B misdemeanor; and possession of paraphernalia, class C misdemeanor. Bond listed at $10,000 surety and $250 cash or $12,500, 10% cash.
• Matthew L. Roberson, 40, Pierceton, for theft, level 6 felony; counterfeiting, level 6 felony; and impairment of identification, class A misdemeanor. Bond listed at $7,500, 10% cash.
• Stephany L. Satoski, 44, Syracuse, for possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony; maintaining a common nuisance, level 6 felony; possession of marijuana, class B misdemeanor; and possession of paraphernalia, class C misdemeanor. Bond listed at $7,500, 10% cash.
• Benjamin David Schenk, 40, Osceola, for dealing methamphetamine, level 2 felony, and possession of methamphetamine, level 3 felony. Bond listed at $25,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Robin Michelle Smith, 40, Syracuse, for dealing a narcotic drug, a level 5 felony; and possession of a narcotic drug, level 6 felony. Bond listed at $12,500 cash.
• Duron Rese Smith, 41, South Bend, for dealing in a fentanyl-containing substance, a level 2 felony; possession of a narcotic drug, level 4 felony; dealing in a fentanyl-containing substance, level 2 felony; and possession of a narcotic drug, a level 4 felony. Bond listed at $25,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Latisha May Williams, 32, Leesburg, for aiding, inducing or causing dealing methamphetamine, level 3 felony; dealing methamphetamine, level 2 felony; and possession of methamphetamine, level 4 felony. Bond listed at $25,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Shelby Lynne Learned, 33, Silver Lake, for possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony. No bond listed.
The news release states a defendant’s charge (arrest) is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
