ALBION – Ann Skaggs-Percey, 71, Albion, passed away on Sept. 23, 2016, at Northridge Village, Albion. She was born Oct. 13, 1944, in Arkansas, to Walt and Dorothy Tompkins. She lived in the Albion area the last 12 years, coming from Cromwell. She is survived by three sons: Joe (and spouse Valerie) Skaggs, Cromwell; David Skaggs, Wawaka; and Kenny (and spouse Rachel) Skaggs, Rome City; two daughters, Lori (and spouse Jeff) Lash, LaGrange, and Karen Williams, Warsaw; 18 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Barbara Tompkins. She was preceded by two brothers and a granddaughter. Services will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Eastlund Funeral Home, with calling two hours prior.
