The pitching was fantastic for the Warsaw baseball team on Monday night, as the Tigers hosted Wawasee to begin Northern Lakes Conference play. Striking out 10 Warrior hitters, Warsaw took a no-hitter into the seventh inning of a game they won 6-1.
NBA attendance at its current levels is arguably at an all-time high, but my ambivalence during this season and the precious year’s campaign has resulted in my choice of not watching any NBA broadcast in its entirety.
Down 3-0 before even stepping to the plate, the Wawasee softball team found itself in the hole early on Friday night at home against Manchester. From that point on, the Lady Warriors were able to put together an offensive masterclass, tallying 14 hits and eleven runs in a 11-7 victory.
