By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-2301-MF-000011 wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., was Plaintiff and Unknown heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns of Charles A Lagoni, et al, were defendants requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 23rd day of April, 2024 , at the hour of 10 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot number twelve (12) in Warren's Subdivision on Diamond Lake, Seward Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana (Diamond Lake, formerly known as Mud Lake), as recorded in Pt Book 4, Page 27, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. More commonly known as 5363 W. Warren Ave., Silver Lake, IN 46982.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
