• 12:21 a.m. Saturday - David L. Carnes, 62, of 147 EMS T32 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 1:10 a.m. Saturday - Luis Rivera, 31, of 1202 Wooster Road, #26, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 1:49 a.m. Saturday - Jovanni Garza-Pena, 23, of 510 McClellan St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $6,000.
• 6:12 p.m. Saturday - Sydney Nicole McKinzie, 22, of 502 S. Union St., #1, Warsaw, arrested for neglect of a dependent/child violations and criminal recklessness. Bond: $5,250.
• 7 p.m. Saturday - Rayann Maelee Howard, 20, of 21 EMS D18A1 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $5,250.
