Editor, Times-Union:
I am writing today to express my wholehearted support for Nathan Scherer, who is running for the position of county commissioner in Kosciusko County.
Hello, my name is Rusty Meier, and as a 30-year resident of Warsaw, Indiana, I do my best to be an attentive observer of our local affairs. I am writing because I have had the privilege of witnessing Nate’s unwavering commitment to the wellbeing of our community, and I feel it is necessary for me to share.
Nathan Scherer is a second-generation business owner, with nearly two decades of dedicated service to the local economy. He embodies the values of integrity and excellence in every aspect of his life. I have first-hand knowledge that he lives each moment guided by the principles of his faith, where he finds his strength, purpose, and peace in his daily roles as husband, father, son, brother, friend, employer, or in my case mentor. Nate’s unwavering commitment is to do his best by incorporating that lifestyle into the betterment of Kosciusko County.
In my honest opinion, what truly sets Nate apart is his genuine passion for fostering the growth and development of our local business community. His understanding of the tech-business landscape and especially the unique dynamic of our local manufacturing markets is unparalleled. Moreover, his proactive approach by continually incorporating innovation into his endeavors will ensure that we will continue to push forward with progress.
I firmly believe that Nate’s visionary leadership and dedication to success are invaluable assets as we strive to navigate the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead for Kosciusko County. His ability to attract, develop, and foster a growing entrepreneurial spirit is already playing a critical role in shaping the future of our community in accordance with his work at South Shore Ventures and StartUp Wawasee.
In conclusion, I urge my fellow residents to join me in supporting Nate Scherer for county commissioner for Kosciusko County. Together I hope we can work towards a brighter and more prosperous future under his capable leadership!
