• 1:40 p.m. Monday - Paul B. Maples, 54, of 2983 N. Murphy Lane, Warsaw, arrested for child molestation - statutory rape. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:54 p.m. Monday - Zachary Adam Anderson, 32, of 107 N. Acorn St., Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:05 a.m. Tuesday - Anton Tony Sullivan, 64, of 3109 Huron Blvd., Warsaw, arrested for theft with a prior conviction, operating a motor vehicle while intoxication, possession of cocaine or narcotic drug and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $6,000.

Lewis, 61, East 6th Street, North Manchester. Injuries: Jones was pronounced dead; Lewis complained of abdomen, chest, ankle and wrist pain. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
