Zion Lutheran Church To Hold All Community Good Friday Service
NORTH MANCHESTER – The community is invited to the All Community Good Friday worship service to be held at noon at the Zion Lutheran Church, 113 W. Main St., North Manchester, March 29.
There will be congregational hymns led by Rev. Nan Erbaugh, a message by Pastor Audri Sva and a solo, “Watch The Lamb.” Many of the local pastors will be present and participating.
The All Community Worship is sponsored by the Manchester Fellowship of Churches.
An elevator is available for those who need it.

Atwood Otterbein To Hold
Easter Egg Hunt On March 23

ATWOOD – Atwood Otterbein Church, 306 E. Main St., Atwood, will host their annual Easter egg hunt on March 23 beginning at 1 p.m. The church women’s group, Sisterhood in Faith, will welcome toddler children through sixth grade and their parents in the church’s Fellowship Hall.
Light refreshments will be served, and the children will have an opportunity to have their photo taken with the Easter Bunny.

First Brethren To Hold
Maundy Thursday Service

Warsaw First Brethren, 1318 E. Center St., will have its three-fold Communion on Maundy Thursday, March 28 at 6:30 p.m.
For Easter Sunday, there will be a 8:30 a.m. SONrise service, 9:15 a.m. breakfast and 10 a.m. worship service.

CLAYPOOL – The doors at Claypool United Methodist Church, 105 S. Church St., Claypool, are opened for you every Sunday. Adult and children Sunday school starts at 9:30 a.m. Fellowship Time is from 10:10 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Then the church enters the sanctuary for worship, to sing praises and listen to Pastor Dana Yoder's sermon titled "Christ the Center" from Hebrews 5:5-10. Community Meal

The Sacred Heart Church March community meal will be offered in the gymnasium at Sacred Heart Church, 125 N. Harrison St., Warsaw, on Tuesday from 5 to 6:30 p.m. or until food runs out, with the option of coming into the gym to pick up carryout meals.
The meal this month will feature two beef tacos with fixings, chips and salsa, corn & black bean salad and a variety of desserts. This month’s dinner is provided and served by Tri-Kappa and Knee Time, along with Sacred Heart parishioners.
There is no charge for the meal. All in the community are welcome.

Burket Bible To Hold Worship
BURKET – Burket Bible Church, 102 Market St., Burket, welcomes everyone to its services. Sunday school starts at 9 a.m. and worship is at 10:15 a.m. The message this week by Pastor Mark Eastway is "Christ's Burial Anointing" from John 12:1-11.
There is a men's community Bible study each Saturday at Java Jacks in Mentone. Breakfast is at 8 a.m. Study starts at 9 a.m.

Will Hold Worship

WINONA LAKE – Church of the Good Shepherd, 708 College Ave., Winona Lake, will hold Sunday school at 9:15 a.m. and church services at 10:30 a.m.
Pastor Sass’ sermon is titled "Christ was made Sin for Us" 2 Corinthians 5- l6-21.
At 10:30 a.m. Sunday, Church the Brothers in Harmony will be singing several numbers.
The steering committee to meet March 22 at 12:15 p.m. at the church.
On March 28 at 7 p.m., Maundy Thursday service will be held, along with serving of Communion and remembering the Lord's supper.
On March 31 at 9 a.m., Easter breakfast will be held. Sign up at the table to bring casserole, muffins, coffee cake or other treats. Church service will follow the breakfast.

On Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m., join Warsaw Trinity United Methodist Church, 832 E Center St., Warsaw, for an open house celebrating the completion of the lift installation and accessibility upgrades. Come on in via the new ramp on the south side of the church and take a ride on the new lift. The church will have treats and a slideshow and fellowship downstairs in Fellowship Hall. At 1:30 p.m., the church will have a brief dedication ceremony in the gathering space on the sanctuary level.
On Sunday, the church will have adult Sunday school at 9 a.m. Coffee and fellowship is available a bit before and after Sunday school. The church will worship together at 10 a.m. Pastor Andrea Texeira will share a message, “Worry, Worry, Worry” based on John 12:20-33. Service is also available via Facebook.
On Monday at 1:30 p.m., the Yarn-A-Little crafting group will meet. Bring whatever work in progress you have that travels. They are not limited to yarn alone. There are folks quilting, cross-stitching and a myriad of other things.
On Wednesday at noon, Coffee and Convo with Pastor Cindy Gackenheimer is at B&B Market downtown. Join with other ladies from the area for a little coffee, or a little lunch, a devotion and conversation.
Wednesday from 5:30 to 7 p.m. is Lenten dinner study. They will gather for a light pitch in dinner at 5:30 p.m. and shift to the study using Tom Berlin’s book “The Third Day: Living the Resurrection” at 6 p.m. Purchase of the book is not required.

AKRON – There's a communitywide men's Bible study group meeting on Saturday mornings at Java Jacks in Mentone. Men from several area churches are participating and all are welcome. Breakfast is at 8 a.m. and the study starts at 9 a.m.
Sunday is the fifth Sunday in Lent. Join Beaver Dam Community Church, 9798 W. CR 1000S, Akron, for worship at 9 a.m. or 10:31 a.m. with refreshments served from 10 to 10:30 a.m. First service is Communion. Youth bowling trip after church until 2:30 p.m. The church basement is reserved from 3 to 6 p.m. The last Bible study is at 6 p.m.
On Monday, the Wheels on Fire meeting is at 6:30 p.m.
On Wednesday, youth group is at Beaver Dam from 6 to 7:30 p.m. and King's Kids Supper is at 6 p.m. with Bible stories, music and crafts from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. It is open to potty trained 3-year-olds to fifth grade.
On March 23, the music committee meeting is at 10:30 a.m. Preschool registration is at the school. Alumni/church members may register from 9 to 10 a.m. and the public may register from 10 to 11 a.m.

MENTONE – Mentone United Methodist Church, 116 E. Main St., Mentone, invites the community to join them on Sunday, the fifth Sunday in Lent, at 10:15 a.m. as Pastor Emily Gearhart presents the message “Whoever Serves.” The scripture is John 12:23-33.
Holy Week services begin Palm Sunday, March 24 with worship service beginning with a palm processional at 10:15 a.m. Good Friday service will begin at 6 p.m. on March 29. On March 31, the church wills have a sunrise service at 8 a.m. followed by a full breakfast provided at 8:30 a.m. Easter worship service will begin at 10:15 a.m.
The church offers an early Bird adult Sunday school class at 8:45 a.m. At 10:15 a.m., along with worship service, the church offers Sunday Bible school exploring God’s Amazing Animals for children ages 5 through fifth grade and Wee Kids Worship for ages newborn to 4 years old.
Feast & Fellowship/Youth is held on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. Food, fellowship and fun is available for all ages.
