Editor, Times-Union:
Dear officer Elizabeth Johnson,
This is an apology letter. I am truly sorry for my irrational behavior and any physical injury I may have caused on the night I was arrested. My actions were inexcusable.
I am on the path of self-discovery and actively seeking mental health recovery.
Thank you for all that you do to keep Warsaw safe.
Once again, I am truly apologetic.
Welcome Lloyd
Warsaw
