• 11 a.m. Wednesday - Shawn Douglas Elder, 30, of 11679 S. CR 850W, Akron, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 12:21 p.m. Wednesday - Courtney Marie Holt, 33, Columbia City, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:22 p.m. Wednesday - Sterling Ray Templeton, 43, of 929 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 5:16 p.m. Wednesday - Koffivi Lolonyo Kadegbe, 41, Fort Wayne, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 9:15 p.m. Wednesday - John Mitchell Dimmitt, 42, of 8991 E. CR 350N, Pierceton, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine, felon in possession of a firearm, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and maintaining a controlled nuisance. Bond: $15,250.
• 9:15 p.m. Wednesday - Shelby Ann Shepherd, 50, of 8991 E. CR 350N, Pierceton, arrested for visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $400.
• 11:49 p.m. Wednesday - Sonya Louise Connolly, 56, of 9177 N. CR 100E, Milford, arrested for visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $400.
• 5:49 a.m.Thursday - Shelby Grace O’Keefe, 26, of 1113 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.
• 6:53 a.m. Thursday - Brandon Paul Knutson, 26, of 7727 W. Beachwood Ave., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault, resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct. Bond: $1,000.
• 11:16 a.m. Thursday - Rachel Rene Deboard, 52, of 547 Clinic Court, #550, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 6 a.m. Wednesday - Ind. 15, 1,500 feet north of West CR 550S, Claypool. Car hit deer. Driver: Constance G. Smallwood, 22, Sand Dollar Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 1:14 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 3300 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 4:57 p.m. Wednesday - Personal/business documents and money were reported stolen in the 3400 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 4:22 p.m. Wednesday - Intimidation was reported in the 1000 block of North Park Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:02 a.m. Thursday - Domestic battery - simple assault was reported in the 1100 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:02 a.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting a law enforcement officer by fighting in the 1100 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
