Unjust Judges

Editor, Times-Union:
Mark it down, making something legal does not make it right. America's downfall is due in large measure to unjust judges. The U.S. Supreme Court took it upon themselves to try to destroy the moral backbone of America, when in 1962 and 1963 they declared the Holy Bible and Christian prayer to be off limits, in teaching America's youth. With these rulings, the First Amendment's guarantee of freedom of speech was struck down. Murder was legalized by the Supreme Court in 1973, the murder of the most helpless Americans of all – unborn babies.
Now the rage with federal judges is that they decide what is constitutional and what is not. Here is the process. The state legislature or a majority of voters in a given state of our union approve amendments or clarifications to their own state's constitution. This is the will of the people in a representative democracy. Then what happens? Some federal judge declares the will of the people "unconstitutional." This is insane. One judge nullifies the express wishes of the populace, making America in effect, governed by minority rule, which is unconstitutional.
Nearly all the so-called "unconstitutional laws" stopped by court judges involve moral decency. Judges are extending legal status to destructive behavior, essentially calling evil good and good evil. America's longstanding historical reputation and record as a normal, proper, moral nation of people is about gone. Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people.
Unacceptable behavior by elected officials includes our president who ignores immigration laws by not exporting illegal aliens.  Federal judges and a president who set aside constitutions and laws enacted by the majority must be challenged legally or removed from office!
The attack on the family and marriage continues. Wrong is still wrong and abnormal is still not normal, whether legalized or not. A do-nothing Congress is no help either.
It is time for states to refuse to comply with the whims of federal judges in trying to dictate state constitutional language and the moral fiber of our society. Otherwise throw out state government as worthless.
Speak up to elected officials while you still have the right to voice an opinion. Our federal government has become a dictatorial monster, exercising authority in many areas reserved for the state governments to oversee, according to the Tenth Amendment. Insurance is now be included in the long list of matters the federal government have overstepped their constitutional authority and forced on America. And once again, the Supreme Court concurred, by ruling Obamacare as merely a new tax!
The Lord, the righteous judge, is going to have His say with America. There is no wisdom, nor instruction nor counsel (like judges) against the Lord, so states the eternal Word of God, the Bible. You can count on that. And God always judges a nation for shedding innocent blood (the aborted babies). There is trouble ahead for America.
