Manchester Girls Fall At Home To Winamac, 57-42
A half-dozen Lady Squire basketball players scored at least six points in Manchester’s 57-42 home loss to Winamac Monday evening.
Ellie Milam led Manchester with nine points, and Drew Thompson added seven. Cierra Carter, Kennedy Fierstos, Tiffany Johnson and Bailey Sewell scored six points each for the Lady Squires.

AKRON – With a huge second-half performance Friday night, Tippecanoe Valley standout Anne Secrest helped her team improve to 3-0 this season, as well as 3-0 against county rival Warsaw in her prep career.

Nine Area Players Named To All-TRC Football Team
Nine players from the Times-Union coverage area were named to the All-Three Rivers Conference football team Wednesday afternoon.
Five Whitko Wildcats were named to the team: senior offensive tackle Garrett Cokl, junior quarterback Garrett Elder, senior defensive end Austin Hyde, senior linebacker Garrett Smiley and senior defensive back Brady Weeks.
