Lady Squire Tennis Falls To Homestead
FORT WAYNE – Manchester’s Karly Eichenauer and Leiah Brandenburg won at No. 2 and 3 singles, respectively, in the Lady Squires 3-2 tennis loss at Homestead Wednesday.

NORTH MANCHESTER – manchester’s Three Rivers Conference baseball and softball games at Peru, scheduled for Wednesday, were both rained out and will be made up at 5 p.m. Friday.

Lady Squires Edge Rochester
ROCHESTER – Sydney Day had two hits and drove in all three runs in Manchester’s 3-2 softball win over Rochester in Three Rivers Conference play Monday.
The Lady Squires scored twice in the top of the first inning, and Rochester had single runs in the third and fifth frames to tie the game. Manchester pushed across the winning run in the top of the sixth.

Sturtsman Leads Squires To Win
ROCHESTER – Hayes Sturtsman was the winning pitcher, had two hits and drove in a run in Manchester’s 7-1 baseball win at Rochester Monday.
Sturtsman struck out 11 Zebra hitters and allowed just two hits to help Manchester to its first Three Rivers Conference win of the season.

Manchester, Whitko Tie For Second At Turtle Town Relays
CHURUBUSCO – The girls track teams from Manchester and Whitko tied for second place in the black division at the Turtle Town Relays at Churubusco High School Saturday.
Better than half of the Lady Squire points came courtesy of junior Rae Bedke. She finished first in the 800, 1600 and 3200 and was the anchor leg on Manchester’s winning 4x800 relay team.
