    Sealed bids for the Install Guidance Signs project will be received by the Warsaw BOAC (hereinafter referred to as the Owner), Warsaw Municipal Airport, Terminal Building, 3000 Airport Drive, Warsaw, Indiana 46582, until 11:00 a.m. local time Friday, July 11, 2014 at which time and place all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid received after the designated time set will be returned unopened. A Pre-bid conference for the Install Guidance Signs project will not be held; however, bidders may contact Nick King at the Airport by calling (574) 372-9541 to schedule a site visit if desired.
    The Contract Documents, including drawings and specifications may be viewed at the following locations:

    Copies may be purchased for a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $25.00 for the set, by placing an order through the Engineer, NGC Corp., 963 Airport Access Drive, Greenwood, IN 46143, (317) 358-0450, Fax (317) 883-4822.
    This procurement action is governed by all applicable local, State and Federal regulations. Federal provisions include but are not limited to the following: Buy American Preferences (Title 49 U.S.C. Chapter 501), Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title VI – Contractual Requirements (49 CFR Part 21), Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982 (Section 520- General Civil Rights Provision), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (49 CFR Part 26), Lobbying and Influencing Federal Employees (49 CFR Part 20),  Access to Records and Reports (49 CFR Part 18.36(i), Energy Conservation Requirements (49 CFR Part 18.36), Breach of Contract Terms (49 CFR Part 18), Rights to Inventions (49 CFR Part 18.36(i)(8)), Trade Restriction Clause (49 CFR Part 30.13), Termination of Contract (49 CFR Part 18.36), Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Etc (49 CFR Part 29), Clean Air and Water Pollution Control (49 CFR Part 18.36(i)(12)), Davis-Bacon Requirements (2 CFR Part 200), Texting When Driving (Executive Order 13513)
    A certified check or bank draft payable to the Warsaw BOAC, or a satisfactory bid bond, executed by the Bidder and an approved surety company in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid proposal. Contractors awarded a contract will be required to furnish acceptable surety bonds in the amount of 100% of the awarded contract price.  Said performance and material and payment bond shall remain in effect for twelve (12) months.
